Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Preferred Age: 24–35 years

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive business development and sales for Electrical Panels, Automation Solutions, Energy Saving Solutions, IoT and Digitization products across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop B2B client relationships.
- Identify leads, conduct customer visits, and achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Design and Costing teams to prepare quotations and offers.
- Present proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate after-sales support.
- Follow up on payments and maintain sales reports,



customer visit records, and sales pipelines.
- Monitor competitors, OEMs, and market trends.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.

Excellent communication skills in English and Odia (Oriya).

Strong lead generation, client handling, negotiation, and sales closure skills.

Willingness to travel across Odisha and nearby territories.

Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP, costing, and taxation.

Stable career history with a consistent employment record.

- Electrical Panels and LT/HT Switchgear.
- Industrial Automation and Energy Saving Solutions.
- IoT products and Digitization Solutions.
- ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and Mitsubishi electrical/automation products.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
