Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center and Video Collaboration solutions across India.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS-based communication solutions and should be comfortable engaging with IT and business leaders to position Zoom as a strategic platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate current leads and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and partner channels.

· Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer communication and CX needs.

· Present and demonstrate Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions.





· Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to create solution proposals.

· Manage the entire sales cycle- from prospecting to closure.

· Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver regular pipeline reports.

· Build relationships with Zoom’s partner ecosystem and distributors.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2–4 years of experience in B2B IT / SaaS / Telecom / UCaaS / CCaaS sales.

· Strong understanding of business communication, IP telephony, or contact center concepts.

· Experience selling Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, 8x8, or Avaya Cloud is highly preferred.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently with targets and deliver results.

· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo)

Nice to Have

· Existing network of enterprise customers or IT decision-makers.

· Prior experience with Zoom solutions or channel sales.

· Understanding of integrations with CRM or collaboration tools

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
