You will be responsible for speaking directly with customers across Australia, handling a combination of cold and warm leads, understanding their requirements and converting opportunities into sales.

The role is focused on selling air conditioning and other energy-efficient home upgrade solutions to Australian customers.

This is a target-driven sales position suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, overcoming objections and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective Australian customers.

● Follow up with warm and inbound leads.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

● Conduct sales conversations and close deals over the phone.

● Follow up consistently with prospective customers.

● Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs.

● Handle customer objections professionally.

● Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.





● Follow company sales processes and strict sales guidelines.

● Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

● Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

● Take ownership of individual sales targets and performance.

You will be selling energy-efficient home upgrade solutions, such as air conditioning systems and other energy-efficiency products for Australian homes

Product-specific training will be provided to successful candidates. Applicants must already have relevant international sales experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
