URGENT HIRING – Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to identify potential customers, promote company products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online channels.
- Contact potential customers and explain products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge,



including MS Excel and email.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management is an advantage.
