Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Cegura Building. 3rd Floor, 9, Syed Amir Ali Ave, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017. Near Zishan Restaurant.

Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Australian shift)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses
- Schedule qualified appointments for our clients
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Follow up with leads through multiple channels (calls, emails)

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills with ability to converse comfortably with Australian clients

- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to work from office (mandatory)




- Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing is a plus
