What You'll Do

- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, research, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the leadership team.
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation initiatives and targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to improve outreach effectiveness.

What We're Looking For




- 2-4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development roles.
- Strong B2B sales and prospecting experience.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, Analytics, AI, Data, Technology, or Consulting solutions.
- Exposure to enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement tools.
