Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential individuals (e.g., housewives, retired professionals, tax consultants, self-employed individuals, teachers) to become licensed insurance agents
Guide candidate agents through statutory certification, mandatory training, and IRDAI licensing exams.
Drive agent activation by ensuring newly onboarded agents close their first policies within specified timelines.
Accompany agents on client meetings and pitch presentations to assist in closing high-value or complex deals.
Generate business through agents.
Desired Candidate profile
Graduate candidate with 6 months of sales experience.
Age 24-42 Years.
Must have local contacts
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
