Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage leads, coordinate site visits and ensure smooth closure process.

Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from all sources (calls, WhatsApp, website, channel partners)

Distribute leads to sales team and follow up for updatesSchedule and coordinate site visits with clientsMaintain CRM / Excel sheet for lead trackingCoordinate with Channel Partners for payment, documentationPrepare daily / weekly MIS reportsAssist in documentation, booking forms, payment receiptsCoordinate with marketing team for campaigns and eventsMaintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:1-4 Years experience in Real Estate Sales Coordination (preferred)

Positive communication skills - Hindi & EnglishGood knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling

Presentable, organized and target-oriented
