Job Title: Sales & Customer Acquisition Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

SetGo Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for highly motivated, target-driven Sales & Customer Acquisition Executives who are passionate about sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.

We give preference to candidates with experience in insurance sales, field sales, direct sales, banking sales, financial product sales, telemarketing, or other target-based sales roles.

The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting business owners, explaining the benefits of the SetGo app, presenting business listing packages, converting prospects into paying customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

We are looking for individuals with strong convincing skills, a competitive mindset, and the determination to achieve maximum sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential business owners through phone calls and direct interactions.
- Explain the benefits of the SetGo app and its business promotion opportunities.
- Present pricing plans and convert potential customers into paid business listings.
- Generate new leads, conduct follow-ups, and close sales effectively.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and identify new sales opportunities.
- Consistently improve sales conversion rates and contribute to company revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in insurance sales, field sales, direct sales, or target-based sales will be given high preference.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent Malayalam communication and convincing skills.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working under sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Freshers with exceptional sales aptitude and communication skills may also apply
