Required Experienced Sales Counselor with a valuable command over English.
Job Responsibility
- Lead Conversion & Outreach: Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp or email inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Consultative Guidance: Assess client needs, explain program/product features, pricing, terms, and benefits, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Sales Targets: Work toward achieving daily, weekly, or monthly conversion, admission, or revenue quotas.
- CRM & Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, lead statuses, follow-up schedules, and closures in CRM systems.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, application paperwork, or initial post-purchase queries to ensure high satisfaction.
