– Sales Counsellor

Role Summary:

- Convert hospital enquiries into IPD admissions and OPD consultations through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Promote hospital services, build patient trust, and achieve sales conversion targets.

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and hospital enquiries.
- Counsel patients and families about IPD, OPD, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and nursing care.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and consultations.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain enquiry records.
- Coordinate with hospital teams for smooth admissions.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Solid convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented approach and basic computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
