Job Summary

Universal Fire & Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and maintain sales documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication, follow-up, and computer skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Track sales leads, pending quotations, and order status.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

2. Quotation & Documentation

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and order details.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and follow-up sheets.
- Ensure proper filing and updating of sales documents.

3. Customer Communication

- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely updates.

4. Internal Department Coordination





- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Stores, and Operations teams for order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Communicate customer requirements to the concerned departments.

5. Reporting & Follow-Up

- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any stream, preferably B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may apply.
- Experience in sales coordination, preferably in the fire safety, engineering, or technical industry, will be an advantage.
