Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a commerce background and experience in sales coordination, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Advanced Excel, reporting, sales operations, and coordination with internal teams, dealers, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, daily sales updates, and performance trackers using Advanced Excel.
- Monitor sales orders, dispatches, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, warehouse, and production teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Follow up with dealers, distributors, and customers regarding orders, payments, and other sales-related matters.




- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation.
- Track sales targets, achievements, outstanding payments, and pending collections.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide timely updates to the management.
- Handle other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 27 years of experience in sales coordination or sales operations; manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
