Job Purpose: To support E- Commerce Function by performing backend function by coordinating with various Internal Departments & Trade
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Need to process orders received from Trade & ensure material is delivered to them.
- Logistics and Dispatch Coordination : - Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches from the factory and manage transporter arrangements for delivery. Keep track of dispatches
- Account Receivable Management
- Maintain detailed records of open invoices and deductions. Follow-up with trade to get discrepancy resolved.
- Customer Claim Management
- Need to ensure deduction done by trade is genuine & as per terms. Preparing & submitting claim to finance against the claim provision in system.
- Support KAM & Sales team by providing different data & details required from time to time by them or by trade.
Additional Responsibilities
- Managing various data like dispatch register for assigned trade, claim receipts from trade etc.
- Prepare Goods Return & rate difference claims in SAP
- Work on receivable files, manage finance-related communications, and share details about incentives and in transit items regularly.
- Follow-up for Secondary Sales records with trade
- Follow-up with distributors for dispatches of indirect orders.
- Order Processing of distributors including receivable management
- Support various digital projects like SFA execution etc.
