Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze sales data using SAP systems to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing documents, reports, and other tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related field (Sales Operations).
- Strong understanding of SAP system for managing sales processes.
