We are scouting for a Sales Coordinator to be associated with a Manfacturing Organization in Industrail Machinery.

Location: Mumbai Head Office (Powai)

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Sales Coordinator to support the sales and operations team from the Mumbai Head Office. The role involves back-office sales coordination along with periodic site visits within Mumbai and nearby regions.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage client communication and commercial documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Back Office Support:

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations based on inputs from the sales team
- Follow up with customers for quotations, approvals, and clarifications
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and coordinate order processing
- Track payments and maintain payment follow-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, accounts) for smooth execution
- Work with CRM tools for data management

2. Accounts & Documentation:





- Maintain basic accounts records related to sales orders
- Track dispatch status and invoice details
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, POs, invoices, and client communication

3. Site Visits & Field Support (20-30% Travel):

- Visit customer sites across Mumbai, Pune, Daman, and nearby regions
- Handle client queries and collect site-related information when required

Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electronic equipment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Valuable communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or technical sales support
- Comfortable with 20-30% travel within Mumbai and nearby locations
