Sales Coordinator – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Digital Marketing to support the sales team, manage client communication, coordinate sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients interested in digital marketing services.

The role includes sales coordination, prospect and client data management, follow-up scheduling, proposal coordination, maintaining sales records, communicating with internal teams, and supporting business development activities.

Key responsibilities include

- Support the sales and business development team in managing daily sales activities and client enquiries
- Coordinate with potential clients, business owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, and Marketing Heads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain and update prospect databases, client details, sales records, and follow-up schedules
- Track leads generated through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, business directories, and other approved channels
- Follow up with interested prospects to collect requirements, confirm meetings, and support the sales process
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, online discussions, and service presentations
- Assist in preparing and sharing service proposals, quotations, pricing details, and other sales documents
- Maintain records of client requirements for services such as Google Ads management, PPC advertising, SEO, social media marketing, website development, and landing page development
- Coordinate with digital marketing specialists and other internal teams to collect service-related information for proposals and client discussions
- Respond to basic client enquiries and direct technical or campaign-related questions to the relevant team
- Track proposal status, prospect responses, meeting schedules, and pending follow-ups to help maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Update CRM, Excel,



or Google Sheets with accurate client information and sales activity records
- Prepare regular sales activity reports, follow-up reports, and lead status updates for the management team
- Support the sales team in meeting lead management, follow-up, and client coordination targets

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer coordination, inside sales, or digital marketing operations preferred.

Experience working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, IT company, or B2B service company will be preferred.
