Sales Coordinator – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Digital Marketing to support the sales team in managing client enquiries, coordinating sales activities, maintaining lead records, and ensuring smooth communication between prospects, clients, and internal teams.

The role involves sales administration, lead management, follow-ups, proposal coordination, CRM updates, and assisting the business development team in acquiring clients for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sales activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales and business development team to manage daily sales activities and client enquiries
- Maintain and update lead databases, prospect details, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules
- Assist in generating and organizing leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and other prospecting channels
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to share service information, confirm requirements, and schedule meetings
- Coordinate client meetings, online presentations, consultations, and appointments for the sales team
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, service presentations, and other client-related documents
- Maintain communication with prospects regarding digital marketing services, including Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, website development, and other solutions offered by the company
- Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams to obtain service details, pricing information, and updates required for client discussions
- Track lead status, client responses, pending follow-ups, and deal progress to ensure timely communication
- Update CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets with accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports related to leads, meetings, follow-ups,



conversions, and pipeline progress
- Assist the sales team in handling client queries and ensuring timely responses to enquiries
- Support client onboarding coordination and ensure the proper handover of client information after deal closure

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer relationship management, business development support, or digital marketing coordination preferred. Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, or B2B service-based business will be an added advantage.
