Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Coordinator who can manage the field sales team, drive business generation, monitor sales performance, and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the field sales team, daily activities, and tour plans.
- Track sales targets, achievements, and individual team performance.
- Generate business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with distributors for business updates, order follow-ups, and outstanding payments.
- Motivate the sales team to improve productivity and achieve targets.




- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales, sales coordination, or team management.
- Proven ability to manage a field sales team and generate sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of engaging a team.

Note: Industry experience in IVD, medical devices, or pharma is not mandatory. Candidates with strong field sales management and business generation experience from any industry are welcome to apply. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
