Key Responsibilities

Sales

Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales Officers, TSI, ASM, distributors, and other sales team members.

- Monitor daily sales, targets, achievements, and market coverage.

- Follow up on sales orders, dispatches, stock availability, and pending payments.

- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and logistics departments.

1. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Maintain sales data, target-versus-achievement reports, and employee performance records.

- Prepare reports on distributor-wise sales, product-wise sales, and market performance.

- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or sales software.

1. Sales Team & Attendance Coordination

- Coordinate with field sales employees regarding attendance, leave, and daily work updates.

- Track employee joining, resignation, transfer, and territory-related updates in coordination with HR.

- Follow up on daily sales reports, market visits, and field activity reports.

1. Distributor & Order Management





- Coordinate with distributors and sales representatives for order processing and delivery status.

- Track stock availability, schemes, sales returns, and outstanding payments.

- Communicate product schemes, price updates, and promotional activities to the sales team.

1. Administrative Support

- Maintain sales-related documentation and records.

- Coordinate travel expenses, reimbursement claims, approvals, and follow-ups.

- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.

- Ensure timely communication between the sales team and management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales/Marketing.

- 25 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.

- Valuable communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.

- Knowledge of distributor management, sales operations.
