Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for day-to-day requirements.
- Handle sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and follow-up reports.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely completion.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Perform other sales coordination and backend activities as required.

Qualification

Any Degree

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Experience

1-5 Years as Sales Coordinator
