Sales Consultant – IT Services

We are looking for a Sales Consultant – IT Services to understand client requirements, identify business opportunities, recommend suitable IT solutions, and generate sales for the company's technology and digital services.

The role includes prospect research, client consultations, outbound calling, understanding business challenges, explaining service offerings, presenting suitable solutions, managing follow-ups, and converting potential clients into customers.

Key responsibilities include

- Identify and approach businesses that may need IT services, website development, software solutions, or digital marketing services
- Connect with business owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers
- Generate business opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, referrals, and other approved channels
- Understand client business requirements, operational challenges, project expectations, and technology needs
- Explain services such as website development, e-commerce websites, software development, web applications, digital marketing, and other IT solutions
- Recommend suitable services based on client requirements, business objectives, project scope, and budget
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand project needs and identify potential sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on their requirements, estimated budget, decision-making authority, and readiness to proceed
- Present service offerings, explain deliverables, communicate pricing, and discuss suitable proposals
- Answer initial client questions, handle objections, and support pricing discussions and sales negotiations
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with technical, design, and business development teams to clarify project requirements and prepare relevant proposals
- Maintain prospect details, consultation notes, client requirements, follow-up schedules,



and sales pipeline records in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Build professional relationships with prospects and work towards qualified opportunity, client acquisition, and sales targets

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales consulting, business development, IT services sales, inside sales, or client acquisition preferred.

Experience selling website development, software development, web applications, digital marketing, or other technology-related services will be preferred.
