Sales Consultant – IT Services

We are looking for a Sales Consultant – IT Services to identify potential business clients, understand their technology requirements, and recommend suitable IT solutions that align with their business goals.

The role involves B2B prospecting, client consultations, outbound sales, solution pitching, relationship building, and converting business opportunities into paying clients. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of IT services, and the ability to build trust with business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential businesses that can benefit from IT services and technology solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, and other prospecting channels
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and decision-makers to introduce the company's IT services
- Understand client business objectives, technical requirements, operational challenges, and project expectations
- Recommend suitable solutions, including website development, software development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and other IT services offered by the company
- Explain service features, business benefits, project scope, and potential value to prospective clients
- Conduct client consultations, sales calls, online meetings, and follow-ups to identify and develop business opportunities
- Prepare service proposals, share quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to provide relevant solutions based on client requirements
- Address client questions, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate client information, prospect databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records in CRM, Excel,



or Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned targets related to qualified leads, client meetings, conversions, and revenue generation
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements after deal closure

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT sales, consultative sales, business development, or B2B client acquisition preferred. Experience selling IT services, software solutions, or website development services will be an added advantage.
