Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, manage customer communications, and coordinate with the factory to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product details, technical information, and quotations.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with the factory and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Check material readiness and update customers on order and dispatch status.
- Conduct telemarketing and follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate sales enquiries.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, orders,



and follow-up reports.
- Provide regular updates to the Dispatch team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales coordination.

Desired Skills: Good communication and telephone skills, proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
