Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring that inquiries, quotations, and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and proforma invoices with clients.

- Process customer orders and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing updates on order status and pricing.

- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems (or MS Excel trackers).

- Assist the sales managers in organizing schedules, preparing sales reports, and tracking monthly targets.

Requirements





- 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coordination, back-office, or customer support role, preferably in manufacturing.

- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
