We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Coordinators to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

- Shipment Coordination: Organize and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or other issues.
- Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers and carriers and provide shipment updates.
- Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with operations, warehouse, and other teams to ensure smooth logistics activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities follow applicable regulations and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Handle shipment-related problems and provide timely solutions.




- Data Analysis: Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with shipment inquiries and logistics requirements.
- Telecalling & Business Development: Contact leads, follow up with potential customers, and develop new customer relationships.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
