Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

- Handle incoming leads from enquiries and walk-ins.
- Explain Studio Oura's classes, membership packages, pricing and offerings.
- Recommend suitable classes and packages based on individual needs.
- Convert enquiries into trial bookings, memberships and class packages.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Track leads through the sales funnel, from initial enquiry to membership purchase.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients through calls & WhatsApp
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads contacted, trials booked, conversions and revenue generated.
- Share feedback on common customer objections and opportunities to improve sales performance.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele sales, inside sales, customer relationship management or business development.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi are an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Strong persuasion,



negotiation and closing skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or membership-based businesses is preferred.
- Genuine interest in fitness, wellness and building customer relationships.
