Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads generated through Meta ads and convert them into enrollments through effective communication and sales calls.
- Explain our trading courses, handle enquiries, and maintain consistent lead follow-ups.
- Assist with basic HR activities, candidate coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain lead records and support overall business growth.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and converting prospects into customers.
- Basic computer skills and a proactive, target-driven attitude.
- Prior experience in sales or office administrative tasks is an advantage.
