Service Associates responsibilities:

- Assess inbound and outbound inquiries from digital campaigns, walk-ins, or channel partners to check customer budgets, intent, and requirements.

- Conduct discovery calls or meetings to identify the prospective client's pain points

- Updated all sales call in ERP & allocate engineers accordingly

- Arm the primary sales/account executives with technical backing, handle product or specification queries.

- Fixed up meeting with New Partners, Dealers, Customers for field sales guy

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements and skills

- Good computer skills (MS Office)

- Proficiency in English

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team playerwith high level of dedication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
