GCIC FINSERVE Ltd. is a financial services and investment distribution firm offering solutions across Mutual Funds, SIPs, Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven Sales Associate with at least 3 years of experience in financial services sales, wealth management, or investment distribution. The candidate will focus on client acquisition, investment product distribution, relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors.
- Understand client needs and present suitable investment products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and performance reports.
- Coordinate client onboarding, KYC, documentation, and investment processing.
- Stay updated on investment products, market developments, and regulatory requirements.




- Ensure ethical selling practices and compliance with applicable SEBI, AMFI, and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business-development experience.
- Positive understanding of Mutual Funds and SIPs; knowledge of SIFs, PMS, and AIFs is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Relevant NISM/AMFI certifications, where applicable.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- New client acquisition and investment business generated.
- Lead conversion and pipeline management.
- Client retention and relationship growth.
- Timely reporting, onboarding coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Compensation & Career Growth Compensation will be based on experience and capabilities. Performance-linked incentives may be offered as per company policy, with opportunities for career growth in investment distribution and wealth management.
