Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and target-driven E-commerce Sales Associate with valuable knowledge of MS Excel and VLOOKUP to support sales operations, analyze sales data, maintain reports, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track daily sales performance across e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, to manage and analyze sales data.
- Track product-wise sales, orders, revenue, and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and sales updates.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely reporting.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce or sales operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Ability to manage large datasets and prepare sales reports.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a result-oriented approach.
