Asterisk Laboratories India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Head with a strong background in the PCD Pharmaceutical industry to lead our sales team, expand our franchise network, and drive business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and expand the company's PCD Pharma Franchise business across India.
- Identify, develop, and acquire recent PCD franchise parties and business associates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and distributors.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4–5 sales and marketing executives.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance, sales reports, and business development activities.
- Explore new markets and implement strategies for business expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 10 years of experience in a PCD Pharmaceutical Company.
- Proven expertise in PCD pharma franchise operations and business development.
- Strong ability to generate new PCD parties across India.
- Excellent team handling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a proven track record of sales growth.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience and capabilities.
