Location: Chennai

D'Pazo Interiors is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales & Site Supervisor to generate leads from new construction sites and supervise interior installation work.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites area-wise on a daily basis, identifying potential customers, generating leads, arranging meetings with builders and clients, and supervising interior installation work to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit new construction sites in assigned areas on a daily basis.
- Identify potential customers, builders, contractors, and property owners.
- Generate sales leads for interior design, modular furniture, and interior execution projects.
- Arrange meetings with builders, clients, and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Supervise interior installation and execution work at project sites.
- Monitor work progress, material requirements, and installation quality.
- Coordinate with workers, installers, and the office team.




- Provide daily reports on site visits, leads generated, meetings, and project progress.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to different construction sites across assigned areas.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior work, furniture, or construction is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage both sales lead generation and site supervision.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, depending on skills and experience.
