Can you sell ice to Antarctica? ?? Scout7.ai is looking for full time interns who are passionate about B2B Sales, Marketing, AI, and Agentic Marketing.

? Location: Hyderabad | Remote + In-office

? Customers: Global

? Compensation: Sales targets + performance bonuses on deals closed

What you’ll do

- Identify potential B2B customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Research businesses, find decision-makers, and reach out through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Start conversations, qualify leads, understand customer needs, and book meetings.
- Support the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Write smart messages, comments, and marketing content that get people talking.
- Understand how businesses operate and identify where Scout7.ai can help.
- Explore how AI agents can transform sales and marketing workflows.

Who we’re looking for

- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in SDR (Sales Development Representative) roles and B2B sales.




- The ability to understand a customer’s business and identify what they actually need.
- A genuine interest in sales, conversations, and building relationships.
- A great sense of humor, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.
- An eagerness to learn AI and Agentic Marketing.
- The ability to think like the shadow of a business owner — anticipating problems and finding opportunities.
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions but takes initiative.

Good to have

- Previous internship or work experience in B2B sales, service-based businesses, or sales development.
- Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, prospect research, appointment setting, or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and client communication.
