Sales and Digital Marketing Executive

M S Jewellery, Attingal, is looking for a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to support in-store sales, customer relationship management, social media activities, digital marketing campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in jewellery sales and digital marketing, and the ability to engage with customers both in-store and online. The candidate should be willing to learn, take responsibility, and work closely with the jewellery's internal team and external marketing partners to improve sales and strengthen the brand's online presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Relations

- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, potential leads, and prospective buyers.
- Support sales targets, promotional offers, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Maintain customer enquiry records and assist in preparing basic sales reports.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, and jewellery promotions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and increase sales.

Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Assist in managing the jewellery's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and coordinate social media posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, video editors, and external marketing agencies.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads,



and other online advertising activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, reach, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate website content updates and maintain the jewellery's Google Business Profile.
- Maintain and organise digital photographs, videos, creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on digital leads.
- Research digital marketing trends, content ideas, competitor activities, and promotional opportunities.
- Ensure marketing activities and campaigns are completed on time.

Skills Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in jewellery sales, customer service, and relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Creativity and good content-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Good organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications
