- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, applicable statutory requirements, and client safety rules and regulations.

- Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.

- Monitor compliance with the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and approved work procedures.

- Report safety violations immediately and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

- Conduct daily toolbox talks, pre-job safety briefings, and periodic safety awareness sessions.

- Verify safety arrangements for high-risk activities such as hot work, welding, gas cutting, grinding, working at height, confined-space entry, and heavy material handling.

- Inspect welding machines, electrical cables, extension boards, gas cylinders, lifting tackle,



and other tools for protected working conditions.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, safe material storage, unobstructed access routes, and clear emergency pathways.

- Verify the availability, accessibility, and condition of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and emergency equipment.

- Maintain daily safety inspection reports, toolbox talk logs, training registers, and incident logs.

- Keep track of PPE inspection and distribution records.
