Role & responsibilities
1. Monitor adherence to safety policies and procedures and guidelines in line with corporate STD and regulations.
2. Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards
3. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports with recommended corrective actions.
4. Approve work permit for critical activities.
5. Ensure timely closing of NCs and audits recommendation.
6. To meet the safety goals as per set by the organization.
7. Perform risk assessment (JSA/HIRA) for required activities/operation at site.
8. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions and co-ordinates activities in conjunction with all cross functional teams,
9. Provide safety training to employees.
