Hotel Lake Palace, Thiruvananthapuram, is looking for hardworking, responsible, and service-oriented candidates to join our Housekeeping Department as Room Attendants.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
- Replenish guest amenities and toiletries as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and assigned areas.
- Clean bathrooms, furniture, floors, windows, and other room surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials safely.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams regarding room status and guest requirements.




- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests.
- Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and hygiene practices.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and discipline.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good personal hygiene and professional grooming.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
