Edueme Research Labs is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Robotics Trainer & Research Analyst to train students in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). The candidate will conduct hands-on training sessions, mentor students in creative projects, research emerging technologies, and develop practical learning modules for school students.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching, innovation, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training sessions in Robotics, AI, IoT, electronics, and embedded systems.
- Guide students in designing, building, programming, and testing robotics projects.
- Teach Arduino, ESP32, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and basic AI/IoT concepts.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, hands-on activities, and project-based learning modules.
- Research emerging technologies and integrate them into educational programs.
- Mentor students for robotics competitions, science exhibitions, technology expos, and innovation challenges.
- Support students in troubleshooting hardware, software, and circuit-related issues.
- Conduct workshops, technology demonstrations, and STEM activities in schools.
- Lead and coordinate events such as parent-teacher meetings, inter-school and intra-school competitions, and technology tours.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, teamwork,



and problem-solving among students.

Key Requirements
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, Robotics, IoT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, electronic components, sensors, embedded systems, and microcontrollers.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and robotics programming.
- Practical experience in building and troubleshooting robotics projects.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring students, and developing innovative projects.
- Prior experience in robotics training, STEM education, or project development will be an added advantage.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on technical skills, teaching ability, and experience.
