Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test robotic systems and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems, sensors, actuators, motion control, and robotic programming.

The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative robotic solutions, integrating hardware and software components, and ensuring reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and integrate robotic systems and automation solutions.
- Develop robot control algorithms, motion planning, kinematics, and trajectory planning.
- Program robotic systems using Python and C/C++.
- Work with microcontrollers, embedded systems, sensors, actuators, motors, and motor drivers.
- Integrate hardware and software components for robotic applications.
- Develop and troubleshoot motor control, sensor interfacing, and communication protocols.
- Work with ROS/ROS 2 for robotic control, navigation, and system integration, where applicable.
- Conduct testing, calibration, debugging, and performance optimization of robotic systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and embedded software engineering teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and system specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics,



Mechatronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering and development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++.
- Practical experience with robotic hardware, sensors, actuators, motors, and control systems.
- Understanding of robotics fundamentals, including kinematics, dynamics, and motion control.
- Experience in hardware–software integration, debugging, and system-level testing.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ROS/ROS 2 and simulation tools such as Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
- Knowledge of computer vision using OpenCV.
- Experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic arms, drones, or industrial automation.
- Familiarity with SLAM, localization, navigation, and path planning.
- Experience in robotics prototyping, electronics integration, and product development.
- Ability to independently lead robotics projects from concept to deployment.
