Rivera Manpower Services is hiring for a UK Banking Process with a reputed organization in Hebbal, Bangalore. We are looking for customer-focused professionals with international voice process experience who can deliver excellent customer service and handle banking-related queries efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to UK banking services.
- Assist customers with banking queries, account-related concerns, transaction information, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Follow banking procedures, data privacy guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update relevant systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance targets.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible.
- Positive English communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.
