We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns & Claims Specialist to manage product returns, refunds, marketplace claims, and reimbursement cases across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto Etc. The ideal candidate should have experience handling return disputes, investigating losses, and recovering eligible claims.

Location: Charni Road (East), Mumbai – 400002

Working Time: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce returns, claims, or marketplace operations.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central,



Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Understanding of return policies, reimbursement procedures, and claim documentation.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet claim submission deadlines
