As we expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Retail Trainer to build capability, consistency, and excellence across our store teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability

- Design and deliver training for associates, supervisors and store managers
- Build skills in product knowledge, category selling, cross-selling and upselling
- Embed brand guidelines, service standards and SOPs

Store Excellence

- Coach teams on customer engagement, need-based selling and objection handling
- Drive conversion, ticket size and customer satisfaction

Coaching & Performance

- Conduct store visits, on-the-job coaching and role plays




- Identify skill gaps and fix underperforming stores with targeted plans

Content

- Create and update training modules, SOPs and quick guides
- Support digital learning

Collaboration

- Partner with Retail Ops, HR and Brand teams
- Support store launches and brand rollouts

● Solid understanding of retail sales, customer experience, and store operations.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to link training to business outcomes.

● High energy, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively.
