Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs to provide the best shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store displays, product merchandising, and overall store hygiene.
- Support billing, inventory management, and daily store operations.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail sales experience,



with experience documented on paper.
- Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and selling skills.
- Attitude: Customer-focused, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and as per business requirements.
