Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate retail associates; conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary issues.
- Sales & Operations: Drive sales, meet targets, analyze sales data, control store budgets, manage daily workflow, and ensure compliance with health/safety rules.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain a positive, customer-friendly shopping environment.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, ordering, loss prevention, and implement visual displays to enhance product appeal.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare reports, communicate with head office, and develop strategies to attract customers and boost profitability
