: Retail Sales Associate – Luxury Outlet

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Prior retail sales experience is mandatory

Job Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate for a luxury retail outlet at Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Manage billing, stock checks,



and inventory coordination as required.
- Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of grooming and customer service.

Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with skilled grooming and presentation.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
- Must be a Mumbai local and comfortable working in airport shifts.

Note: Freshers are not eligible for this position.
