- Work with property owners, brokers and relevant external partners

- Negotiate commercial terms for new property opportunities

- Prepare transparent proposals and site details for business decisions

- Track market activity, property availability and location trends

- Help secure locations that support retail expansion in the Jewellery / Accessories industry

The Successful Applicant





We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience in business development for property or retail locations

- Ability to identify and assess suitable commercial properties

- Experience working with landlords, brokers and property partners

- Confidence negotiating commercial terms and agreements.

- Ability to prepare property proposals and location assessments

- Good understanding of retail property markets and site selection
