We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager for our growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a well-established, high-volume, multi-outlet fast-food or QSR environment, with robust knowledge of structured restaurant operations, customer service, team management, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Implement operational SOPs and staff training programmes.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and profitability.
- Manage daily sales targets, cash handling, and reporting.
- Improve service speed, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate online food delivery and takeaway operations.
- Support business growth and operational improvements.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience in organised QSR or fast-food restaurant operations.
- Experience in high-volume, process-driven restaurant environments preferred.
- Previous experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Shift Manager preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, cost control, inventory, and staff management.
- Ability to independently manage restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month plus benefits, depending on relevant experience and skills.
