Anany Urja Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and dedicated Resident Project Executive to oversee on-site project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of our Solar EPC projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Act as the primary on-site representative for project execution and coordination
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality project execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and company SOPs
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, and site logistics
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the Head Office for timely support
- Attend client meetings and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Support testing, commissioning, and successful project handover
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong project coordination and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management




- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and project reporting
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to stay and work at project locations as required

Candidate Profile

Education

UG: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Electrical preferred)

Experience

2 - 3 years in project execution, preferably in Solar EPC, Electrical, Construction, or Infrastructure
