We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage travel bookings, coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners, and ensure smooth reservation processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle hotel, flight, holiday package, and transportation reservations as required.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, travel agents, and other service providers to confirm bookings.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations for clients.
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable options.
- Maintain accurate booking records, client details, payment information, and reservation documents.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely confirmations and service availability.
- Monitor booking payments, cancellation deadlines, and reservation status.
- Resolve booking-related queries and coordinate with the operations team to address issues.




- Ensure clients receive accurate travel information and timely updates.
- Negotiate with suppliers where appropriate to obtain competitive rates.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and travel partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in travel reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of reservation systems, booking portals, and travel documentation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A customer-focused attitude with positive problem-solving skills.
